Katy has 125 tours in the California Dream Tour. Her last tour was here in Manila. This happened on January 22, 2012. My sister and I thought that we couldn’t make it but at the last minute, we did! This was so far the best concert that I’ve seen. It was so much fun.

The concert was at Mall Of Asia Concert Grounds. The set up was great! It’s very Katy like! Everything was great. My sister and I got tickets in the Diamond Area.

This was a project by MTV. Tickets were only P3,500 for VIP, P2,200 for Gold, P1,200 for Silver and P400 for Bronze plus a 3% service charge.

I went with Issa and Isaac. Sorry, Ikey. I don’t have a good photo of you during the concert. hehe. Well,  didn’t really get good photos during the concert. This concert was supposed to be Katy Perry and Boys Like Girls but because of the Typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng, plans changed. The concert was moved and instead of Boys Like Girls; MAE, Jed Madel and Arnel Pineda and Neal Schon of Journey played. Sayang, I really want Boys Like Girls but there was a conflict with their schedule. I was so addicted to them back then. This was by the way, a fundraiser for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng.

By the way, I got a shirt! Isaac actually got it but he gave it to me since it was for a girl. Tinapon nila yung shirt sa crowd and that’s how Isaac got it.

There were no reserved seats back then. First come, first serve. Good thing Issa and I came early to the venue. We were in the first row! Isaac came a little late. We were so close to Katy!

Also, Katy asked what was the Filipino word for Penis. This was during “You’re So Gay”

They scheduled us on the afternoon and I hate it. Teachers were scheduled on the morning. Dapat morning kami eh, nakakainis. We had to extend dahil may mga teachers.

Okay, I think this entry is long enough. I hope you guys also had a fabulous new year like I did! Happy New Year once again, Everyone! Don’t forget to work hard for your goals this year!

Before going to mass, We (Tita lovely, me, sisters) went to Solenad, Nuvali. We we’re supposed to get a foot massage at Paseo De Calamba but it was closed. We tried Nuvali but the shop only has one masseuse. We walked around instead and filled our tummy with Serenitea and Bread Talk. We went to the Nuvali bazaar after.   

We saw this firework which you just have throw then it will pop. My uncle said this is illegal and dangerous. He heard it from the news but my aunt still bought it. We didn’t know anyway. I think it was only 10 pesos.
